THE CHALLENGE:
Develop a brand identity for a handmade craft business inspired by vintage materials and nostalgic traditions. The brand's name was rooted in a universal memory, a grandmother's jar of buttons kept just in case. The goal was to create a visual identity that honored this sentiment while appealing to a modern audience.
THE SOLUTION:
The identity needed to balance a vintage aesthetic with contemporary appeal. Subtle embellishments were incorporated to evoke nostalgia without overwhelming the design. Elements such as torn paper textures, patterned wallpaper accents, and a business card shaped like an old apothecary label were used to reinforce the handmade, heirloom-inspired feel of the brand while maintaining visual clarity and cohesion.
